Talent Acquisition
The Talent Acquisition team supports hiring managers, Partners, and candidates through all stages of the recruitment process, from creating a vacancy to interviewing and offering.
In this module, you will learn more about our hiring process, from creating an appealing job advert to publishing our interview questions. This will give us the best chance of finding the right person for the role!
Product Buyer
At John Lewis and Partners, the role of a Buyer is at the heart of our commitment to providing quality products and exceptional customer experiences. As a Buyer, you become a key player in shaping the assortment of products available in our stores and online, ensuring that every item meets the high standards and values that define the John Lewis brand.
In this module, you'll learn all about the JLP brand, what products we choose and most importantly why, before assuming the role of Buyer yourself and selecting our next headline product.
Supply Chain
The Supply Chain is the beating heart of JLP. Without it running smoothly and efficiently, our well-loved products wouldn't make it to the shelves when and where we need them!
